Although we don't currently use Pen-Fix, we used it for years on our
processor after 10% formalin and did not find it to affect immunos
adversely.

Subject: Penfix
Has anyone run into the following processing protocol, and do they have any
experience with immunos on tissue processed this way?
1.5 hours fixation in 10% neutral buffered formnalin,
followed by
1.5 hours in Penfix
Has anyone had IH porblems associated with Penfix? I do immunos on outside
tissue on occasion, and have run into this type of processed tissue. Any
help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance for any information, good or bads, that you can give me.
