Hi Zenobia, for your question on IHC on mouse or rat tissues ... We
(InnoGenex) have a complete IHC kit (includes everything except primary
antibody and sections) that can be used with mouse antibodies on any tissue
including mice without problems of non-specific staining. It is called the
iso-IHC kit. Kits for staining with rat or rabbit antibodies on related
species are also available. Again, these are complete kits with secondary
antibodies, blocking reagents, wash buffers, chromogens, counterstains,
mounting media.
