Alan,
I purchased a Raymond Lamb Blockmaster some 6-7 years ago now and
have no problems with it apart from one episode where the cooling
system "overheated" but soon rectified itself ( hot day, not enough
ventilation).
I would recommend this machine with a few minor alterations,
1. the area in which the base moulds are stored is not hot enough
( no temperature control and moulds stick together ),
2. the cold spot for tissue orientation is not cold enough ( we tend
to use the cold plate ), and,
3. drains on the wax reservoirs would be useful when it is necessary
to change/clean.
Hope this is of some help,
Terry.
