Dear Histonetters,
Could anyone please give a recommendation on a general
protocols book. Because I've gained a little proficiency
with the microscope, a lot of fellow grad students run to
me with samples asking me to work with specimens I know very
little about.
For example, what reference source would give options for
staining and localizing the nucleus in pseudo-filamentous
yeast (both fluor and non-fluor)? It would be nice if the
reference contained detailed protocols too.
Thanks,
Kevin Brent Smith
