We submerge our base molds in a basket into xylene, followed by a soak in
100% alcohol, then dry in a drying oven.  I have heard that some people
dump their base molds into the tissue processer during the purge cycle and
clean them that way.  I have also heard of a lab that didn't clean them at
all, just reused them every day as is.
