If one goes to the market and checks the milk, every container has a "last
date of salability" on it.  The criteria for these 'dates' are established
by the state.  PA may be different for NJ as I understand the matter.

If Dako makes a limit for use assignment on one of its products, that is
likely to reflect a corporate decision rather than a systematic (CAP?)
originated decision.  If one cannot find a specific CAP specification, then
one can only make a decision if one knows the criteria used by Dako to
time-limit usability of their product.  That information can be requested of
Dako.  Then the decision about use beyond Dako's 'considered opinion  is
yours.
