I have a position open here in Minneapolis. Right now the job is
mainly sectioning mouse and rat tissues and staining with H& E. I have
a nice lab, with new equipment and a beautiful facility. The company

Parker Hughes Institute, a fast paced non-profit organization,
dedicated to eradicating cancer, AIDS, and diseases of the immune
system is currently seeking a qualified candidate for the position of
Histology Technician. Responsibilities would include processing animal
tissues using automated tissue processor, embeddment of processed
tissues into paraffin blocks, operation of rotary microtome, routine
staining of slides using automated stainer, special stains, operation
of cryomicrotome, immunohistology, filing of paraffin blocks, filing of
glass histology slides, chemical waste disposal and record keeping.
Graduate from technical program in Histotechnology is preferred. HS
graduate, with some college or technical degree or histology lab
experience would be considered. If interested, please send resume
