I achieved a satisfying result for this protein using Dako anti-caspase 3
(CPP32) after 10 min citrate AR pH6, at a dilution of 1/500 on ffpe
sections. A case of Hodgkin's disease made a good control, although a
metastatic adenocarcinoma included in the trial also exhibited strong
staining.
