Dear Histonetters!
Is anyone out there doing TGF b as an immunohistochemistry stain? I would
like to ask a question about positive control for TGF b. We are using Mouse
anti- Human TGF b (Clone TB21, Szabo-Scandic) in kidney biopsies. What kind
of tissues are you using as a positive control? And what pattern of
distributions TGF b is in this tissue?
Any information would be greatly appreciated.
