I have been working with these antibodies a while, first KI-67 has oxidation 
issues, so slides optimally should be fresh, CD3 can be fussy either no stain 
or high background,so fresh slides and maybe you should think about different 
clones, I use Zymeds 7b11 for KI-67, and their V-line for cd3.
