My interpretation is, and this has been discussed in patho-l listserver, that
you can only charge once for the same stain on a single specimen. If you
perform 7 AFB stains on a single specimen, you charge one for that stain. It
does not matter how many blocks there are on that one specimen. Of course you
charge for each separate stain such as GMS, etc.
