REMOVE: ALL text from the body of the document.

PLACE IN THE SUBJECT HEADING: Only the word "unsubscribe" - NO quotation
marks, SPELLED just as it appears in this sentence.

Those should be the only things you need to do.  I frequently subscribe
and unsubscribe if I am going on vacation, etc.  Never had a problem.
