We have a very small histology unit (ie me) and are trying to bring all
our services inhouse.

The very small number of paraffin samples means that we are going to
process and embed by hand.
Most textbooks and webpages i have seen assume automation, and it has
been a very very long time since i have done it...

Can anyone provide me with some tips, (and even a protocol?) so that i
might make the best job. I realise that it is unlikely that they will be
as good as an automated system, but obviously i want it to be the best i
can...
