There is a new free website just launched last month
(http://www.chemdex.com) where you can search and order antibodies and
other biological and chemical reagents online from over 120 suppliers.
 You can even shop directly on the site, get products from multiple
suppliers with one purchase transaction, and save the product
information on your personalized site for future use.

If you type in IL-7R or IL-9R, you will find not only the company that
sells the antibody, but also the price and the relavent data sheet.
For your information, I did find Accurate has both antibodies through
this site.
