I was suggested to do HEAT ANTIGEN RETRIEVAL for frozen tissue sample.
Does it work for frozen tissue, too? Do I have to do some modification
on protocol? I am planning to cover slides with 10 mM sodium citrate
buffer, pH 6.0 and put into micorwave for 10 min.
