Helen:
Where on the nose are you talking? Is it more towards the tip, or the deep sinius areas inside the skull? The former, yes. We routinely do frozen sections of the Turbinate "bone" area, as it is only cartilage. The latter probably needs to be decaled before sectioning, depending on size. I am assuming you are talking about human tissue here.
