We just had a recent case loaded with mycobacteria.  I will send tissue
blocks to the National Society for Histotechnology's tissue bank for
people to use (if needed).

We've had difficulties obtaining AFB control tissue for the past two
years.  Our autopsy numbers are way down and we just aren't getting many
specimens that are positive AFB.  Are other people experiencing the
same?
