Here is my $0.02 worth:

There are some specimens that you have to use megacassettes for.  Of course
you don't want chunks of breast or bone or whatever.  People have to use
common sense.  For the few things that we use them for (eyes) it WOULD be
nice if they worked on the microtomes the same as all the other cassettes!!
