This is my first time on Histonet. And I don"t know exactly how it works, but I have question.
Does anyone has any experience with 2-Methoxyethyl-Acetate, using it to deplasticize MMA slides?
I have to deplasticize slides of embedded polymer. And after 10 minutes my polymer starts to "melt". Well at least in the middle of the polymer 7x7x7mm.
And only when there isn"t any ingrowth detectable.
How could I solve this problem?
