I am having trouble working up the antibody renal cell carcinoma marker
(RCC). I have a renal cell carcinoma for a control and I use a Ventana
ES and reagents. I tried the antibody with and without AB blocker
because I was getting as much staining in my negative as I was in my
antibody slide. The AB blocker worked well but I am not getting any
signal. I tried citric acid as well as EDTA for a retrieval solution
and tried it in a pressure cooker as well as microwave. If anyone has
any suggestions I would be grateful for any and all. Thanks!!
