Thank you to everyone for your response to questions about the microscrope 
plus slides.

I still don't understand why the section on the ProbeOn slide give me a 
negative stainging whereas my regular superfrosted/plus slide give me a 
positive staining.

I have always use a plus slides on all my section. It was only at that time 
and day when I ran out of the superfrosted/plus slides and we had so many of 
the ProbeOn charged slide boxes hanging around and I happened to use it on 
my section until we get the regular superfrosted/plus slides deliver to us.
