Hello I have been asked to do some immunocytochemistry on fixed nematodes which are now in 70% ethanol. The suggestion has been to do the staining with the nematodes in suspension. I thought embedding in agar and processing to paraffin and sectioning as usuall may be a ok protocol. Any experts out there with hints would be greatly appreciated. regards mike millar m.millar@ed-rbu.mrc.ac.uk
