Pharmingen's Ab will last for more than a year in my experience, even when
stored at 4 deg C (which I believe is best) ... I use enzyme digestion for
antigen retrieval routinely, BUT I find that if tissues are even slightly
overfixed I would have a problem getting positive signal.
