hi Gayle,
been using Whatman #4 for a years, and have never seen a DAB precipitant on
my sections. i'm using the Sigma 10mg tablets, in a 7.6 TRIS buffer, and
put the solution on a rocker for at least 30 minutes before i add nickle
chloride and peroxide, then filter. even after rocking there is still some
of the tablet that has not completely gone into solution, but when i add my
nickle chloride and vortex, the solution becomes clear, and a light,
transparent, green.
