Can some please send me a recipe for EDTA antigen retrieval solution.

You can use 1mM EDTA (pH 8.0) solution for antigen retreival.   Add 0.37g 
EDTA (Sigma cat#E-5134) to 1 liter of distilled water. Adjust to pH 8.0 
with  1.0  M Sodium Hydroxide. Hope this helps.  Tom.
