Are you getting these mice already labelled? I use Zymed's BrdU Staining
Kit 93-3943 and it works wonderful. Kit has control slides, which is nice.
I use their peroxoblock for quenching. and I even use it on whole embryo
tissue that has been decalcified with RDO I can email you the whole
procedure, or if you want to look at it you can find it on www.zymed.com
