We have a very important case that we are trying to re-stain - the
coverslips were removed by placing the slides on a hot plate - (DON"T
ASK!!!!!)  As a result, the slides were "cooked" and the nuclei are
"burned".  WE have been unsuccessful at re-staining these sections.  Does
anyone out there have any advice?
