Hi Everyone
I'm hoping that somebody will have some advise about the Cox-2 
antibody from BD Transduction Laboratories, Cat#  610203.
I've tried antigen retrieval with Citrate Buffer, diluting the 
antibody at 1:100, incubating for 30min, and using Envision(Dako), 
with no success. If anyone can give some advise, it will be very 
appreciated.
