Dear Colegues,
we have some problems using the following antibody
Brca2 (Ab-2) Calbiochem Cat#PC146
Rabbit polyclonal
fusion protein AA3245-3418 Brca2 (C-terminale)
We used it with CMF7 cells acetone or PFA fixed and, but with no results
(the cells were also Triton treated).
To be honest Calbiochem suggests this antobody only for western.
have you any experience with this antibody?
