Hi All,
Just doing some risk assessments. A bit worried to see that 2g of sodium barbiturate is a human lethal dose. Only method we use that uses this buffer is Leders enzyme stain.
Could I substitute something safer than barbiturate buffer ?
(Having a good sort through our old chemicals - aniline has joined todays list of redundancies !)
