Dear Neil,
Try Biogenesis [UK] Tel: 01202 660006. They have several Factor XIIIa
antibodies, but we are currently using code 4400-7708 with some success
after pretreating in Dako pH9.9 target retrieval fluid. Our retrieval
method is as follows:
Heat from cold for 25 minutes in 600 ml of retrieval fluid at full power in
850watt microwave oven. After heating time has elapsed, transfer hot
container to sink of cold running water....then after about 10 minutes
transfer slides to cold running water. The saved retrieval fluid can be
topped-up and used again.
I hope this helps.
Keith
