Thankyou for all the replies with regards to Indirect IF on skin 
biopies.
A few questione were asked.
The disease process is Pemphigus.
Direct IF works well for linear Ig A and Ig G but intercellular 
staining is alway "iffy"
When we do direct IF, yes we do use frozen sections.
Can I use Rat oesopagus for the "antigen" source instead of the 
monkey oesophagus for the indirect IF?
