Hi Jim,
I use Zymed's Calretinin, #08-4211 rabbit antibody.  This is a V-Line
predilute for the Ventana, but they have a concentrated version too if you
have other automation or do them manually.  I use the Biocare Decloaking
Chamber (pressure cooker) with Borg, and also use Declere following
manufacturer's directions for HIER (heat induced epitope retrieval).
Incubation for antibody on the NexEs is 32 minutes.  So far I have gotten
great results.  Give me a call if you need more info.
