I am inquiring if anyone in Histoland has set up a Cytology QA program
according to CAP guidelines.  Our Hospital is currently on the Meditech
system and we would like to set it up on the Meditech system, if possible,
but the program must be capable of searching for any/all indicators such as:

	Spec Site
	Cytotechnologist
	Pathologist
	Cytotech dx
	Final Dx
	Follow/up dx
	Discrepancy	unchanged/minor/major

Also I would like opinions of laboratories that integrate the QA system in
their online system versus having a separate QA system for protecting
information on QA programs.  If you have any suggestions please email me.
