animal tissues/soaking blocks
From: | Shawn Griffin <SGriffin@ameripath.com> |
I work for a vet. pathology and human lab. I seldom have any problem with
bloody tissues , but when they shatter, I place them in my H2O bath for 5 to
10 secs., then back on ice. Any variances I can think of of is are you
grossing in the tissues ultra thin? what length of time do you have in
alcohols, and what percentages? maybe you are over-dehydrating? best of
luck, hope this helps. I am Lynn Brown, HTL(ASCP)
